This project focused on designing a mobile-first scheduling experience for professionals attending events, workshops, and business meetings. The goal was to simplify 1-on-1 meeting requests, confirmations, agenda management, and real-time updates while keeping the experience fast, intuitive, and low-effort for users on the move.

The app supports meeting requests, approvals, cancellations, workshops, participant management, agenda views, QR scanning, and notifications — all within a unified and consistent interface.
